The amount required to qualify for this international top-up offer is:
- 120 CUP (balance only)
- 240 CUP (balance only)
- 360 CUP (balance only)
Plus the amount specified in each promotional top-up, depending on the dates.
When is unlimited data activated on top-ups that include it?
Unlimited data is activated the moment the recipient receives the top-up, and can only be used during the set hours, for the 30 days following activation.
With unlimited data, can I browse both national and international sites?
Yes, with the unlimited data bonus of this promotion, you will be able to access all national and international sites.
Does this top-up offer extend the line's validity? For how long?
After making a top-up with this promotional offer, the mobile line will be valid for 330 days. Before that period ends, you must top up again to keep the service active. An additional 30 days are also granted before the service is disabled.
What can I do with the main balance received through a top-up?
With the balance received from this promotional top-up, you can do everything you normally do with your main balance: send messages, make national and international calls, buy data packs, bundles, data plans, minutes and SMS, transfer credit, and activate the Amigo plan.
Can I top up at MLC/USD stores or using the Transfermóvil platform?
No, this promotion only applies through international distributors.
In what order are data resources used up?
Data resources are used up in the following order:
- Unlimited data bonus.
- Daily data pack.
- Messaging pack.
- Data bonus (national).
- Data bonus (international, LTE).
- Data bonus (international, all networks).
- Balance bonus (at the current rate).
- Data combo (international, LTE).
- Data combo (international, all networks).
- Data packages (LTE).
- Data packages (all networks).
- Main balance (pay-as-you-go, at the current rate).
Data is deducted in a way that ensures there are no interruptions to your service.
If I have active combined plans (national and international), LTE packages and/or international data bonuses from previous promotions, and I receive a top-up during this promotional period, will the validity of those resources be extended?
No. If you have combined plans (national and/or international), LTE packages and/or international data bonuses from previous promotions still active, their validity will NOT be extended when you top up during this period.
If I have active balance bonuses, plans or combos with SMS resources, will their validity be extended?
No. With this promotion, customers with active balance bonuses, plans or combos with SMS and/or MIN will NOT have the validity of those resources extended.
How much does it cost to buy a top-up from abroad or from a website?

How does the recipient in Cuba know they've received a promotional top-up?
The recipient in Cuba gets an SMS letting them know their account has been topped up. Keep in mind that notification messages are only valid for a limited time and, to receive them, the phone must be active and in an area with adequate coverage.

Checking your balance is free of charge and is done by dialing *222#.
Checking your bonuses is also free of charge and is done by dialing *222*266#, which is the same as *222*BON#.
